    • Very similar to the previous vintage, the wine is garnet in color with peppery spice and raspberry aromas. Blackberries and raspberries are pronounced on the palate with a touch of spice. The alcohol is balanced with the fruit and acidity. Tannins are very soft.  The purity of fruit begs for grilled beef or pork. Barrel aged 22 months American Oak (1/2 new), Only 2 Barrels produced.

    • Bill Pesonen- From Airline pilot to Winemaker.  Bill started making wine as a hobby on weekends in his garage.  In 2006 he jumped into a much bigger operation with some neighboring wine industry friends. Instead of selling his fruit to Silver Oak and Jordan he with the help of friends kept some of the fruit for his own label. He honed his skills and produces magnificent small lot production wines that embrace the vineyard terrior.
